Background
The General Services Administration (GSA), specifically the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) and General Supplies and Services (GSS), is issuing a justification for a sole source contract to SupplyCore LLC for OCONUS logistics support services in the Indo-Pacific Command (INDO-PACOM) region, specifically Japan.

The contract aims to provide critical supply chain solutions that are essential for U.S. military operations in the area.

Work Details
The contractor, SupplyCore LLC, will provide a total supply chain solution that includes:
1) Procurement of commercially available items such as office supplies, janitorial and sanitation supplies, and tools, ensuring compliance with National Stock Number (NSN) specifications. The contractor must source products from mandatory suppliers like AbilityOne and UNICOR as per federal regulations.

2) Transportation services that require delivery of items within 3 business days upon receipt of delivery orders from GSA, while adhering to installation security requirements and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) compliance. The contractor is also responsible for order consolidation while meeting delivery time standards.

The contract will cover a six-month period with potential optional extensions.

Period of Performance
The current performance period extends through March 13, 2026, following the exercise of the fourth optional ordering period under the previous contract.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Japan, specifically within the INDO-PACOM area of responsibility.
