Description

The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Aeronix Technologies Group an other than small business concern. This acquisition is for the procurement of Aeronix Suite of Test Tools, Training and Maintenance.

The proposed contract action is for products and services for which MCTSSA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a).

The basis of the sole source: Aeronix Technologies Group is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and does not have any authorized resellers.

The determination not to complete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice or the Government's intent to sole source may contact the Procurement Coordinator, Maricela G. Lerma at maricela.lerma@usmc.mil, no later than 10 days after this announcement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by responding to this notice.
