Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AGE Solutions, LLC. The proposed contract action is for services to upgrade designated Navy telecommunications infrastructure sites. The contractor currently doing the work, AGE Solutions, LLC, is the only source with the knowledge and capability to support this requirement due to their extensive knowledge of OSP infrastructure and real property accountability within Oahu and other critical Navy locations already in progress.

Work Details
The proposed contract action will provide project management, pre-site survey, site survey, pre-implementation, implementation, and closeout for outside plant (OSP) infrastructure upgrades, inside plant (ISP) infrastructure upgrades, circuit transitions to commercial leases and Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) nodes, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) implementation. Potential sources must demonstrate recent and relevant experience performing OSP/ISP infrastructure services for over 10 bases globally. Additionally, interested Prime contractors must possess a Secret Facility Clearance (FCL), a minimum of 40+ cleared field resources with experience performing implementations on Navy Facilities supporting network solutions to immediately accommodate the critical Navy migrations both in CONUS and OCONUS.
