Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Greenville, NC at PITT-GREENVILLE airport.

The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 785 ANSI/BOMA office and zero adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 785

To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 15, 2022. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space). Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.Offered space shall not be in the 100year flood plain.

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
