The U.S. Department of State, through its Office of Acquisitions Management, is issuing a notice of intent to award a contract on a sole source basis to Al-Mada Foundation for Media, Culture, and Arts. The contractor will provide admission and participation services at the Iraq International Book Fair 2025, which includes:
- Allocation and set-up of an 18 square meter space in a prime location at the exhibition grounds.
- Daily coverage across various media platforms (visual, audio, print) before and during the exhibition days, lasting between 12 to 30 days depending on the medium.

Participation in this event is crucial for solidifying U.S. Mission Iraq's goals while promoting cultural exchange, education, and intellectual freedom. It serves as a platform to engage diverse audiences such as students, educators, writers, and opinion leaders, thereby reinforcing U.S. values of openness and access to knowledge.
