Notice of Contract Action - Digital Airport Surveillance Radar Sustainment Period of Performance Extension   3

Background
The Government intends to modify the existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract FA8730-20-D-0039 by extending the end of the ordering period by five years from 28 September 2025 to 28 September 2030, followed by two years of delivery ending 28 September 2032.

This modification is aimed at continuing comprehensive contractor support for the Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (DASR) Program, which is critical for maintaining operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contract extension will provide global sustainment and technology refurbishment for the DASR Program.

Key services include:
- Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Support
- DMSMS Resolution Implementation
- System Enhancements or Modifications
- Spares and Material Replenishment
- Technical Support Services (TSS)
- Program Management (including Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management/Document Management, Safety, etc.).

The Government requires an Operational Availability (Ao) of 99.4% for all 157 DASR system installations worldwide. Raytheon is identified as the only firm capable of meeting these requirements.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is extended to end on 28 September 2030 with delivery continuing until 28 September 2032.
