NOTICE OF AWARD FOR SOLICITATION N401921R9100, INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT & PAVEMENT CLEARANCE SERVICES FOR U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM ACTIVITIES, GUAM (Contract# N4019221D9000)   3

This is a follow-on acquisition for services that are currently being satisfied under Contract N40192-16-D-7000 Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Collection Services. This acquisition will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement.

This acquisition will result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Type contract with Recurring (FFP) and Non-Recurring (IDIQ) services to provide Integrated Solid Waste Management and Pavement Clearance Services (ISWM) at all U.S. Naval Base Guam Activities and tenants, Industrial and U.S. Naval Hospital Facilities (Medical Treatment Facilities) on Guam, other U.S. Military Activities or DoD/Federal Agencies at various activities/locations, Guam.

The NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection. The small business size standard associated with NAICS 562111 is $41.5 million. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in one or more of the following: (1) collecting and/or hauling nonhazardous solid waste (i.e. garbage) within a local area; (2) operating nonhazardous solid waste transfer stations; and (3) collecting and/or hauling mixed recyclable materials within a local area.

The outcomes to be achieved are the provision of all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform landfill management, maintenance and operations, waste sterilization, refuse collection, disposal and recycling, and to perform Pavement Clearance (sweeping) to include but not limited to: removal of sand, aggregates, vegetation, grass, metals, and other foreign matter from paved roadways and parking lots to all U.S. Naval Base Guam Activities and tenants, Industrial and U.S. Naval Hospital Facilities (Medial Treatment Facilities) on Guam, other U.S. Military Activities or DoD/Federal Agencies at various activities/locations, Guam. The outcomes to be achieved are consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101 definition of service contracts.
