Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Harpoon/SLAM-ER Depot Repairs Salvage & Handling Fees   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) modification to The Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 Delivery Order N0001921F0701 on 30 November 2023. This Delivery Order modification is for the handling and salvage fees of Harpoon and Standoff Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) sections and components.

This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
