Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Encapsulated Harpoon (ENCAP) AURs Refurbishment, Repair, Upgrade, and Recertification for the USN-688 Class Submarine for FY23/24   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) to The Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 Delivery Order N0001923F0267 on 15 August 2023. This Delivery Order is for the refurbishment, repair, recertification, upgrade, and reissue of capsules and Encapsulated (ENCAP) Harpoon Block IC (HIC) All Up Rounds (AURs) for USN SSN-688 class submarines for FY23 and FY24.

This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
