Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Modification for Harpoon FY22 Control Section Repairs   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Modification to Delivery Order (DO) N0001921F0701 to the Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001921G0006, on 21 September 2022. This modification is to provide pricing for Harpoon Control Section Repairs.

This modification was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
