Notice of Award for USN/FMS ECP 4211 Implementation Lot 88 HPN ILS Production Collector of Tech Manual Updates

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole-source delivery order N0001923F0292 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company, 6200 James McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 for the Implementation of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 4211, LOT 88 Production Collector Technical Manual Updates and Provisioning for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and United States Navy (USN).

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
