Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Implementation of ECP 4270 Hardware, Software and Technical Manual Updates for FMS   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole-source delivery order N0001922F2222 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company, 6200 James McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 for the Implementation of Lot 91 Production Harpoon New Block II Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Customers 3.3 Obsolescence and Other Updates, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 4270 Hardware, Software and Technical Manual Updates for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
