Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 IDIQ Contract for CY22-24 FMS/USN support for Harpoon and SLAM-ER Missile, EHCLS, AHWCS, ENCAP Support, HSCLSC Engineering, Training, and Technical Services   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Cost Only Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Boeing Company, under N00019-22-D-0009 on 03 March 2022. This contract provides for the procurement of engineering, training, integrated logistics support, installation/checkout of developed systems, support services, and technical services. The services provided are in support of the Harpoon and Standoff Land Attack Missile- Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) Missile, Encapsulated Harpoon Command and Launch Systems (EHCLS), Advanced Harpoon Weapon Control System (AHWCS), Encapsulated (ENCAP) Support and the Harpoon Shipboard Command Launch Control Set (HSCLCS).

This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
