Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Egypt Navy (EN) Joint Common Test Set (JCTS)   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) to The Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 Delivery Order N0001923F2630 on 21 August 2023. This Delivery Order is for the Egypt Navy (EN) Joint Common Test Set (JCTS) for the Harpoon missile to include hardware, installation, spares, training, and field service support.

This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.
