Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), The National Science Foundation (NSF), the Directorate for Mathematical and Physical Sciences, and the Astronomical Sciences Division negotiated a sole source purchase order with CTA Consulting, LLC (CTA) of Lynchburg, VA to provide engineering study services toward an immediate need to address improvement of emergency management communications in the Pendleton and Pocahontas County, WV area, while maintaining National Radio Quiet Zone-protected missions and equities.

CTA is the only responsible source with a unique combination of characteristics essential for providing the requested services to meet the agency's needs.

The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
