Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (CSISC) is proposing a contract on a sole-source basis for the procurement of Maritime Communication Controllers (MCC) to support the Maritime Security Cutter, Large (WMSL) vessels.
