The solicitation seeks proposals for various camping options and related amenities to enhance recreational opportunities in the area.

Work Details
Proposals should include the development of a campground with various facilities and services such as: RV sites, cabins, primitive camping areas, a general store, pool area, restroom and shower facilities, playgrounds, dog parks, trails (including dog-friendly trails), café/eatery/snack bar facilities, day-use areas, picnic areas and shelters, swimming areas, multi-lane boat ramps, courtesy docks, kayak/canoe rentals, outdoor classroom facilities for learning activities, and other related activities.

Additionally, interested parties must conduct a fundamental market analysis and feasibility study that assesses sustainable demand for campground services without adversely impacting existing supply. This study should estimate the number of campsites that can be supported over a typical three-year forecast period while considering competitive units in the area. Any additional real estate required for the proposal must be identified and controlled by the applicant.
