Notice for TDPC MAC LOT 1 contract holders for program update event for Sailor 2025 Wave 1 RRL Content Conversion acquisition at the 2018 TSIS in Orlando, FL.   3

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is hosting a Sailor 2025 (S2025) Wave 1 Content Conversion (W1CC) Program Update event for exchanges with pertinent Training Data Products Contract(TDPC) LOT 1 Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders at the 2018, Training and Simulation Industry Symposium (TSIS). The purpose of this exchange is to provide an update and improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities to allow potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the S2025's Requirements.

The Sailor 2025 Integrated Product Team will provide a program update followed by an open forum for questions and answers on June 6, at 1225-1255. NAWCTSD Acquisition Leadership team will also be available to answer questions
during the "Meet the Acquisition Leaders" forum on June 6 at 1435-1555.

The Sailor 2025 project is a transformational Navy training initiative that will accelerate the learning of every Sailor for faster response to our rapidly changing warfighting requirements, and achieve higher performance by
coupling the timing of training delivery with every Sailor's actual deck plate need. Ready, Relevant, Learning (RRL) aims to create a learning continuum across a Sailor's career, beginning with accession training that will ensure every Sailor has the latest training to support assigned tasks.

RRL will modernize delivery methods from traditional brick-and-mortar schoolhouses to mobile, multi-media, multi-platform delivery solutions that leverage the best concepts to accelerate learning as individuals, teams and organizations. Finally, RRL will allow rapid infusion of relevant course content to accelerate the dissemination of critical warfighting knowledge to Sailors.
