Notice for Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services to Support the Enterprise Builder Sustainment Management System (ESMS) Program, CESAM, South Atlantic Division (SAD)   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, Mobile District is seeking architect-engineer (A-E) services to support the Enterprise Builder Sustainment Management System (ESMS) Program. The goal of this contract is to provide timely and cost-effective responses to support the ESMS program, which is crucial for maintaining federal and military installations across various geographic locations.

Work Details
The required A-E services include a comprehensive range of support primarily for the BUILDER component of the ESMS but may extend to other related components. Specific tasks include:

- Providing ESMS program planning and support;
- Providing BUILDER project level planning and support;
- Coordinating program requirements with stakeholders;
- Offering work planning support;
- Delivering onsite and offsite technical expertise;
- Conducting planning, evaluation, and assessment services;
- Managing data in the BUILDER Database;
- Overseeing program documentation and revisions according to agency policies;
- Developing multimedia ESMS products and reports;
- Facilitating coordination meetings, in-briefs, out-briefs, and planning charrettes;
- Briefing leadership on mission execution and compliance status;
- Preparing reports on program compliance status and corrective action measures;
- Performing quality control of program/project deliverables.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at federal and military installations within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Korea, Japan, the Pacific, and Europe. Some sites may require Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) clearance.
