The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised copy of the TE-2 Northwest JOC Coefficient Spreadsheet and update the Supplemental Information. This amendment will also extend the bid due date and the bid opening date 3/30/23.The purpose of this modification is to provide responses to questions, add the REAL ID Act implementation language, add TE-5 Wage Determinations and revise the Supplemental Information to include bond repayment language.3/22/2023, Solicitation and attachments posted. 3/1/2023

Background
The solicitation is for the Northwest Job Order Contract (JOC) for the sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) of the 88th Reserve properties throughout the Northwest region (ID, MT, UT, CO, OR, and WA). The contract will be awarded using Sealed Bidding Procedures Part 14, as supplemented by the Defense Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Supplement (AFARS). The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.

Work Details
The Contractor is responsible for all construction projects awarded as individual task orders against the basic contract. The work includes real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and/or new construction. The Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the work. The work must be conducted in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, or directives.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from 15-APR-2023 to 14-APR-2028.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at various locations throughout Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.
