Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all Hospital Patient Porters have a minimum of six months of customer service experience and possess American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to starting work. All personnel must be legal residents or U.S. citizens fluent in English and at least 18 years old with no criminal history. Contractors must also pass a Special Agreement Check (SAC) for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge issuance.
