The vendor shall provide laboratory services to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) for analyzing blood and urine samples as provided by the National Guard. The Government will perform the collection of all samples. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform for Laboratory services for the NCNG as defined within this PWS.

Q: Could you provide an estimate of annual volume for the tests listed in Medical Lab Servicers Attachment 1? A: We are estimating BPA Calls in the ammount of $40K-$80K per year. These figures cannot be guaranteed and greatly depend upon changes in mission.

Q: Can we add columns to Attachment 1 for vendor's test code and vendor's test description? A: Yes

Could you please clarify whether the Government will consider proposals offering urine testing services only, or partial awards / BPAs where urine testing is separated from blood testing requirements? Background
The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) is seeking to provide Medical Laboratory Services through a non-personnel services contract. This initiative aims to support the physical readiness and mobility of soldiers, especially given the increased frequency and duration of deployments.
