Update 0007 to transmit SF30 of Amendment 0004 for IFB W912PL25B0004, amendment does not extend the bid opening date of 8/8/2025. Update 0006 is to transmit the SF30 of Amendment 0003 for the IFB W912PL25B0004, this amendment does not extend the bid opening date. This is to revise Table of Contents, revise Section 35 31 23 Breakwaters, and replace plan sheets CN101, CN102, CN302, CN303 and CN304. Update 0005 is for information only, Amendment 0002 updated the bid opening date to 8 August 2025 and Update 0005 reflects this in the PIEE system. Amendment 0002 is also provided in Update 0005. Update 0004 is to transmit the SF30 of Amendment 0002 for the IFB W912PL25B0004. This is the extend the bid opening date, remove references of bid submission through DoD Safe, revise Table of Contents, revise Section 00 10 00 CLIN Schedule, revise Section 01 22 00 Price and Payment Procedures, revise Section 01 57 19 Temporary Environmental Controls, and revise Section 35 31 23 Breakwaters. Update 0003 is For Information Only, any official amendment will be accompanied by an SF30. This to transmit survey data for the IFB W912PL25B0004. Update 0002 is to transmit the SF-30 (3 pages) for Amendment 0001 of the IFB W912PL25B0004. This is to update the Bid Guarantee details. Update 0001 is to provide site visit information. The project will consist of repairs to a shore-connected, rubble-mound breakwater that provides protection from ocean waves to King Harbor in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles County, California. Repair work will consist of resetting of existing armor stone as needed and furnishing and placement of approximately 8,000 tons of new armor stone having a median stone size of 14-tons. There is an armor stone bench on the harborside of the structure that also requires repairs, the bench is at elevation +10.0 feet MLLW and has a width of 8.0 feet. The work will restore the structures to the design elevations and slopes in observed damage areas. The estimated magnitude of this project is: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The total contract duration is estimated at 210 calendar days. This acquisition will be issued as an Unrestricted Sealed Bid awarded under FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. The solicitation to be issued on or about 17 March 2025 with a tentative bid opening date of 17 April 2025. Sub-contracting plans are required for all construction contracts awarded to a large business when the award amount exceeds $1,500,000. If the offeror is a large business, the firm will be required to submit a subcontracting plan as part of its bid package. Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard paper copy.
