Nortel PBX Meridian online training

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: BTS-BreakThru Training Solutions, Inc., 1070 E. Indiantown Road, Suite 406, Jupiter, FL 33477 for the purpose of providing Nortel PBX Meridian 1 OAMPT 11c, 61c, 81c, and CallPilot virtual training. This training will be on extensive hardware breakdown and overview of each systems Core Processor-IODU-C/System Controller layout and interface to trunking and stations. Peripheral overview includes dumb terminal connectivity, remote access programming and set up to the FBI. The resultant contract will provide the necessary training for new FBI personnel on the FBI's existing legacy Nortel system. The online delivery of this training also mitigates security concerns regarding outside vendors connecting directly to field office equipment.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
