Background
The solicitation is a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Norman, OK. The RLP is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside acquisition in accordance with VA policy known as the 'VA Rule of Two'. The offers are due by 06/03/2024. The RLP sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals for a lease described in the RLP documents.

Work Details
The Space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the LCO. It requires at least 150 surface/outside parking spaces reserved for exclusive use. The lease term will commence on or about October 1, 2025, or upon acceptance of the Space, whichever is later. The area of consideration is bounded by Indian Hills Rd., 24th Ave NE/SE, Highway 9, and 48th Ave NW/I-35.

Period of Performance
The lease term shall be 20 Years, 10 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 90 days’ prior written notice.
