Background
The U.S. Army is seeking to procure Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) as part of a funded requirement. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the 19th Sustainment Command by providing essential transportation resources. This procurement is critical for supporting various missions and ensuring logistical efficiency within the command's area of responsibility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide fifty-one (51) Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs). The salient characteristics and specifications include:

1. General Requirements: The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, materials, manuals, tools, supervision, and licenses/permits necessary for the completion of the project in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Warranty: Bumper-to-bumper warranty for a minimum of 3 years or 60,000 km (whichever comes first), and powertrain warranty for a minimum of 5 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first).

3. Certification: A certificate from the manufacturer for each vehicle must be provided at delivery, specifying USFK as the first vehicle owner.

4. Manuals: Service Manual, Parts Manual, and Electrical Scheme must be provided in both English and Hangeul versions.

5. Delivery Information: Delivery is required within 120 days after contract award to HHC, 19th Sustainment Command at Camp Henry, Daegu.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 120 days after receipt of the award of the contract.
