Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Al Asad Air Base, Iraq   2

Background
The solicitation is issued by the US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS TAE for the lease of three Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers personnel operating at Al Asad Air Base (AAAB) in Iraq. The contract requires the Contractor to provide routine monthly and emergency maintenance for the NTVs, coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to initiate the Prime Minister National Operation Center (PMNOC) process for base access and delivery of the vehicles, and comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations in Iraq.

Work Details
The Contractor shall lease two SUV Medium-size all-wheel drive (AWD) utility vehicles with 3rd row seating and one full-size truck with crew cab seating utility vehicle to TAE. The vehicles must be 2019 or newer models with less than 40,000 KM mileage. The Contractor shall provide maintenance, including monthly scheduled preventive maintenance, identification and implementation of continuous process improvements, and a maintenance plan approved by the KO and COR. The U.S. Government representatives and the Contractor will conduct joint pre-inspections upon delivery of the vehicles and post-inspections upon return of the vehicles. The Contractor is responsible for providing all tools, material, equipment, work and storage area necessary for maintenance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be one base period of 12 months from 16 June 2024 to 15 June 2025 and one option periods of 12 months each (16 June 2025 to 15 June 2026).

Place of Performance
The contract requires performance at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq.
