This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Non-Personal Services for all materials, parts, tools, labor, labor necessary to evaluate, troubleshoot and repair the Vector Measuring machine, Laser Viosion to manufacturer's original operating specifications (1) lot, in accordance with the attached revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 13 July 2015, Appendix C and DD Form 1423-2 (A001 & A002). Quotes are being requested for a basic contract for one time repair. NAICS: 811219 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 20.5 million dollars. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Delivery: Not later than 18 Sep 2015 and in accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors.
