The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, has a requirement to provide a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the non-personal services for a total of 108 Full Time Equivalent (FTEs) comprised of 77 FTEs Supply Technicians, 17 FTEs Warehouse Specialists, three (3) FTEs Project Manager, three (3) FTEs Administrative Assistants III, two (2) FTEs Quality Assurance Specialists, two (2) FTEs Drafter CAD Operator, one (1) FTE Facility Planner, two (2) System Administrators, and one (1) FTE Data Enty Specialist in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection procedures. Therefore only 8(a) certified vendors will be considered.

The period of performance is a base year of 1 June 2024 31 January 2025 with for (4) option years until 31 January 2029. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 561210, Facility Support Services, with a small business size standard $47 million.

The solicitation number is W81K0024R0006. The solicitation will be available on/about 20 November 2023 at website (https://sam.gov/). Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments to any and/or all documents.
