Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR), is establishing a Bridge Contract using other than full and open competition to BAE Systems and Technology Solutions & Services, Incorporated.

The contract supports the PEO IWS 12 NATO SEASPARROW Program Office (NSPO) in providing engineering, technical, financial, and general services for various missile systems.

Work Details
The contract involves providing engineering support services for the Mk57 Mod 2-13 NATO SEASPARROW Surface Missile System (NSSMS), Mk73 Mod 1-3 Transmitter Group, Mk29 Guided Missile Launching System (GMLS), Mk48 Guided Missile Vertical Launch System (GMVLS), Mk56 GMVLS, Mk25 Canister, Dutch Configuration Fire Control System Evolved SEASPARROW Missile (ESSM and ESSM Block 2), and associated components.

Tasks include administrative support, production support including obsolescence management, support for ESSM Block 2 transition to full rate production, integration efforts for Consortium Nations, development planning support for software capability updates, and in-service support for Consortium Nations.

Period of Performance
The total Bridge Contract Period of Performance includes a 65-day Base Period from 3 August 2024 to 7 October 2024 and a 100-day Option Period from 8 October 2024 to 16 January 2025.

Place of Performance
Crane, Indiana
