Background
The solicitation W9128F-22-R-0004 is for the Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO) and Courier Station at Offutt AFB, NE. The project involves the design and construction of NKO and DCS Facilities at Offutt AFB. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000.

Work Details
