Non-invasive Vascular Health Assessment Device

Background
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a non-invasive vascular health assessment device. The goal of this contract is to procure a device that can assist in assessing vascular health, which aligns with the agency's mission to support the health and well-being of military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) non-invasive vascular health assessment device. An example of a technically acceptable device is the TM-Flow System. The specifications for the device include:
- Capability to measure blood pressure in both ankle and arm to assess the ankle-brachial index.
- Ability to track early changes in vessel compliance.
- Measurement of skin sweat response to stress.
- Assessment of peripheral arterial endothelial function to evaluate how blood vessels respond to increased blood flow.
- Measurement of peripheral vascular pulsatile volume changes.
- Analysis of photoplethysmography and heart rate variability.
- Quick operation, capable of performing assessments in less than 15 minutes.
- Portability is required.
- Warranty: Must include at least a one-year warranty, with a three-year warranty preferred.
