Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking proposals for a Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Common Integration Platform (CIP) Software. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of CBP in managing and integrating various inspection technologies, thereby improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in border security operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technical software solution that meets the requirements outlined in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The solution must include a common integration platform (CIP) with a common viewer (CV). Specific requirements include:

1. A narrative describing how the proposed CIP/CV meets the SOW requirements.
2. Access to the software solution for evaluation purposes, including a temporary license for testing.
3. A demonstration of capability and resources to provide sustainment services as detailed in Sections 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 of the SOW.
4. Identification of at least one relevant project performed within the last thirty-six months that demonstrates similar size, scope, and complexity to this requirement.
