AMENDMENT 0002

The Purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Correct an administrative error in the instructions to offerors.

2. Extend the due date to 12/03/2025 @ 10 AM MT.

All responses due no later than 10:00 AM MT 12/03/2025 to Katharine Robert, via email only at katharine.robert@va.gov .

This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates a single award of a base plus four option year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this solicitation.

This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS).

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485991, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million.
