AMENDMENT 0003:

The purpose of this amendment is to update the estimated quantities in the price cost schedule. No other changes have been made.

This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates a single award of a base plus four option year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this solicitation.

This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS).
