100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. Non-Emergent Ambulance Services ALS/CCT VA Long Beach HealthCare System (VALBHCS). This will be a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract. This contract/purchase order will consist of an estimated base plus four option year period of performance: 10/01/2025 09/30/2030. These services were previously acquired through Contracts 36C26223P2036 and 36C26223P2183.

AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of this amendment is to:

  1. Close out the inquiry period. No vendor inquiries were received.
  2. Removed the note listed under Section 4.7.1 VetRide or VA-Approved Transportation Software Utilization in the Performance Work Statement. VetRide will be used from the start of this requirement, therefore a modification will not be provided to transition from Tungsten to VetRide.
  3. Update Attachment 1: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
  4. Update Attachment 2: 52.212- Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
  5. No other changes have been made.
  6. All quotes due no later than July 24, 12:00 PM PST to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov.

Background
The VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHCS) is issuing this solicitation for contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services to support its mission of providing healthcare to veterans.
