Background
The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) requires technical services to support intelligence requirements. The United States Air Force has identified Raytheon as the sole source capable of fulfilling the requirements of the Non-Dedicated Radar Support contract at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This decision is made under the authority that allows for a sole source award when only one source is reasonably available.

Work Details
The contractor will provide integration and analysis of technical collection waveforms on Non-Dedicated Line of Sight (LOS) Radars, enhancements and modifications to update processing and data dissemination tools, and support for data collection during ground testing.

Specific tasks include:
- Analyzing performance using modified Operational Mission Profiles (OMPs)
- Recommending improvements to OMPs and radar scheduling based on integrated sensor performance
- Summarizing collection methods and results for review with NASIC personnel
- Facilitating updates to OMPs through existing control processes
- Ensuring sensor profile enhancements align with radar site requirements
- Processing and transmitting data to NASIC within two business days of arrival
- Maintaining data processing software for Non-Dedicated LOS Radars in GLOSS format
- Securing necessary data access agreements
- Modifying software for bug fixes and improvements
- Conducting program management activities including planning, coordinating, controlling actions to meet contract objectives
- Documenting management data
- Developing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Managing travel and material purchases in compliance with Joint Travel Regulations
- Conducting performance assessments against contract baselines
- Providing monthly status reports
- Conducting program management reviews with NASIC Program Office
- Submitting invoicing reports
- Generating a final report containing all deliverables at the end of the contract period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
