Background
The Nolin River Lake Mowing and Maintenance Services contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, aimed at maintaining the recreational areas around Nolin River Lake. The mission of this contract is to ensure that the lake's facilities are well-kept and accessible for public use, enhancing the overall visitor experience while promoting environmental stewardship.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles required to perform mowing and maintenance services for various areas within the Nolin River Lake project. Specific tasks include:
1. Mowing the Administrative Area.
2. Mowing the Moutardier Recreation Area.
3. Mowing the Iberia Recreation Area.
4. Mowing the Dog Creek Recreation Area.
5. Mowing trails throughout the park.

The work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), which outlines detailed requirements for quality control, safety measures, and environmental considerations.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is from the date of award through March 31, 2027. There are options for additional years extending through March 2030.

Place of Performance
Nolin River Lake project areas including Administrative Area, Moutardier Recreation Area, Iberia Recreation Area, and Dog Creek Recreation Area.
