This Request for Quote (RFQ) Best Value is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to provide Janitorial services for
Nolin River Lake Project Office located at 2150 Nolin Dam Rd, Sweeden, KY 42285 in Edmonson, Hart, and Grayson Counties, approximately 20 miles south of Leitchfield, KY.

*All requirements from the evaluation criteria (section M) must be submitted or your quote may not be considered*

This solicitation contains a Base Year and up to three (3) additional one-year periods.

One award will be made from this RFQ Best Value. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561720 ($22 million).

Background
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide janitorial services for the Nolin River Lake Project Office. The project office is located at 2150 Nolin Dam Rd, Sweeden, KY 42285, serving Edmonson, Hart, and Grayson Counties.

The agency's mission includes maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of recreational facilities in the area. The goal of this contract is to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services which include but are not limited to: cleaning of restrooms, offices, and public areas; trash removal; floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming; window cleaning; and ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.

Specific tasks may include:
- Daily cleaning of all restrooms and replenishing supplies.
- Weekly deep cleaning of common areas.
- Monthly window washing.
- Maintaining a schedule for cleaning tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Compliance with safety and security requirements as specified in the contract documentation.

Period of Performance
The contract consists of a Base Year with up to three additional one-year options, allowing for a total potential performance period of four years.
