Description

The Department of the Navy, Assistant for Administration Contract Management Division, on behalf of Assistant Secretary of the Navy Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA) Manpower, Analytics, HR Systems (MAHRS) and Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR), intends to award a firm fixed-price sole source procurement with The Medici Group, LLC, 600 3rd Ave, Suite 2604, New York, NY 10016, to provide;

200 user subscription-based professional and management behavioral training platform, to enable targeted teams to become faster, more agile, high-performing, and innovative by leveraging diversity through inclusive behaviors. MAHRS and OCHR is seeking a change management tool that enables an entire organization or division to adopt new behaviors on a continuous basis and allows organizations to shift culture, operationalize values, and/or introduce a new mindset. As ASN M&RA MAHRS and OCHR organization landscape are rapidly changing, Via Renaissance Platform from The Medici Group, LLC can help navigate the organizations to improve employee engagement and enhance problem-solving abilities. Additionally, Via Renaissance Platform is built to scale, optimized for action, and backed by behavioral and data science. This subscription will allow for MAHRS and OCHR organization to lead to a more dynamic and forward-thinking organizational culture. The Via Renaissance Platform subscription, exclusively offered by The Medici Group, LLC as the sole distributor, presents a unique opportunity for organizations or divisions to seamlessly adapt to new behaviors continuously. This eliminates the need for multiple training sessions, development of recommendations, and workshops, streamlining the process of organizational change.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. An Other Than Full and Open Competition Justification is attached to this notice.

The circumstances permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements." The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all information received by 09 August 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
