Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Interplay Learning, Inc. (CAGE Code: 9C7W2), located at 1717 West 6th Street Suite 405, Austin, Texas.

The goal of this contract is to acquire a subscription for the Interplay Learning Virtual Crane Library software licenses and support renewal specifically for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
