The purpose of Amendment 00001 is to notify all potential Offerors of the changes to the solicitation. See attached documents for further details.

191BWC22R0005 Nogoles IOI Rehabilitation Phase 4 & 5

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete Nogales IOI Rehabilitation Phase 4 & 5.
This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT.

In accordance with FAR Provision 52.236-17 Alt 1, Site Visit (Construction FEB 1995) - Alternate 1 (FEB 1995), a site visit shall be held at USIBWC Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant Field Office at 865 Rio Rico Industrial Park, Rio Rico, AZ 85648 on Wednesday, May 04, 2022 at 9:30 AM MST (local time). Names of individuals who plan to attend shall be furnished before 10:00 AM MDT on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 by email submission to carmella.speer@ibwc.gov. See L.01 for further information.

Questions in advance of the Pre-Proposal Conference/?Site-Visit may be presented in writing, by emailing carmella.speer@ibwc.gov referencing the Solicitation number RFP 191BWC22R0005. Answers to written questions will be prepared and discussed during a questions and answer period at the conference. Preliminary questions shall be submitted in a Microsoft Word file to arrive at the aforementioned address no later than 10:00 AM MDT on Friday, April 29, 2022.

In accordance with FAR Part 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects the estimated magnitude of this project will be greater than $10,000,000.00. The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water & Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction.

Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the information referenced in Subsection L.02, Proposal Instructions.
