Nocal S&Rts   2

Background
The U.S. Army's Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) is seeking Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for the Ports of Military Ocean Terminal - Concord (MOTCO) and the Port of Oakland in Northern California.

The mission of SDDC is to facilitate the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo. This contract aims to provide necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and management services to efficiently handle surface moving cargo from receipt to disposition.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a full spectrum of tasks related to handling surface moving cargo, which includes:

1. Receipt of cargo at designated ports.
2. Processing cargo for simultaneous shipments via multiple modes of transportation as directed by the Contracting Officer or their representatives.
3. Providing all necessary labor, equipment, gear, tools, documents, materials, miscellaneous supplies, and management services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards during operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from August 7, 2025, to August 6, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Military Ocean Terminal - Concord (MOTCO) and the Port of Oakland located in Northern California.
