The purpose of this contract action is to procure the necessary equipment and ancillary services to modernize a U.S. partner nation AN/TPS 77 Ground Base Air Surveillance Radar System participating in the Building Partner Capacity Program.

This contract was awarded without providing full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justitifcation and approval document was approved and is available as an attachment to this notice, IAW FAR 6.305. This contract is primarily firm fixed priced, with only two cost reimbursable (no-fee) type CLINs to procure Travel and Transportation services allowing for a balanced risk allocation between the Government and the contractor. A contract type Determination and Findings has been approved.

Note: AFLCMC/HBN inadvertently posted an old version of the J&A document at the time of contract award. This notice has been updated to include the latest version of the approved J&A at the time of contract award.
