The reason for this amendment (0006) is to add Reference 2019 Valve List NOAA Fairweather Dry Docking that is listed on Paragraph 3.17.1.c of Attachment I. The attachment and SF30 for Amendmant 0006 ate inthe list of attachments.

The reason for this amendment (0005) is to extend the response date and time to 29 August 2023 at 4:00PM EST and to update the responst date on Attachment III- Past Performance Questionnaire REV B.

The reason for this amendment (0004) Is to address vendor Q and A 006 and provide requested references:

The reason for this amendment (0002) is to add reference FA-S4801-11_Sewage and Plumbing Drain Piping System - Rev (Revised with Comments). and answer Vendor Q and A 0004.

1. This amendment adds the following references:
   1. Standards for Lifting Appliances on NOAA Ships.
   2. NOAA Standard Specification S2000/S8200 Weight Testing of Cranes and Davits.
2. The response date is extended to 25 August 2023 at 2:00 PM EST.
