A Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3(b) competitive procedures for establishing a BPA. The Government intends to award one (1) BPA against the GSA MAS 541820 without exchanges or communications based upon initial submissions.
