Background
The contract is issued by the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, Aircraft Operations Center (AOC). The contract is for the supply of Meteorological Mini-dropwindsonde Instruments with a 10-year ordering period from the date of award.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to deliver eight (8) mini-dropwindsondes within 120 calendar days from the date of the contract to the designated address. The first article must meet specified characteristics and testing requirements. The technical proposal must demonstrate the manufacturing plan, capabilities, and design modification implementation plan.
The offeror must also provide past performance information on up to three relevant contracts performed within the last 3 years.

Period of Performance
The contract has a 10-year ordering period from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Delivery is required at DOC/NOAA/AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS CENTER, 3450 FLIGHTLINE DRIVE, LAKELAND, FL 33811.
