NOAA/ NWS: Fall Protection Training

National Weather Service (NWS), Electronics & IT Division requires Fall Protection Training and Re-Certification services used by NWS climbers as essential for successful continuation of the established NWS fall protection program, and therefore, uninterrupted NWS operations and mission. This will be 100% Small Business set-aside. All pricing must follow GSA scheduled pricing. Any additional items should be marked as Open Market. Description: Annual and Re-certification Training Courses, Kansas City, MO. See RFQ Attachment for Quote Instructions, Evaluation Criteria and Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: Vendors shall discuss any proposed Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA), if applicable, in their Quote. The CTA document must be submitted as part of the response to the RFQ and must designate all team members and responsibilities, their corresponding GSA Schedule contract numbers, and describe the specific tasks to be performed by each team member. The CTA document is not included in the page limitations. Other elements that must be included are: duration of arrangement, including any options and an explanation of how the options will work; pricing and costs; a statement that all team members remain independent contractors responsible for their own employees; delivery responsibility; invoicing and payment; address any warranties and liabilities; identify any proprietary information; and, address the circumstances and procedures for replacement of team members. Only the Lead Team member may submit an invoice on behalf of any CTA. Vendors are encouraged to seek the guidance of GSA pertaining to "Elements of a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) Document" to ensure all areas of responsibility are identified.
