The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), Office for Coastal Management (OCM) is seeking firms highly qualified to provide professional geospatial services, in support of various local, state, and regional coastal resource management needs. The Government anticipates the award of up to five (5) contracts. This acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition basis, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services, and will be on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective firms.

SF330 Responses are due no later than 3:00 p.m. ET, October 15, 2020. Firms shall not submit hard copy SF330 responses no sooner than October 12, 2020. Upon shipping hard copy SF330 responses, firms shall provide a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival to the Government via email to Michael.J.Williams@noaa.gov with a cc to Stacy.Dohse@noaa.gov. The hard copy original SF330 Response due to EAD Norfolk constitutes the official-time stamp submission. Late responses will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors Competitive Acquisition. In addition to physical copies, Electronic copies of responses to the Request for SF330s shall also be submitted to Michael.J.Williams@noaa.gov, with a cc to Stacy.Dohse@noaa.gov.
