NOAA/NCEI Information Technology Support Services (ITSS)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS) requires Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for the Information Technology (IT) systems of the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). NCEI's systems provide IT infrastructure, platform, and common data applications. These systems support NCEI's science and stewardship mission requirements, including research and development, data stewardship, space-borne and terrestrial environmental observation sensor calibration and validation, physical science and informatics algorithm development, and data and information product generation. This contract will provide Helpdesk, Service Desk, Knowledgebase, and Technical support; IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M); IT New Development support; Asset Management, Information Management, and Real Property Management; IT Shelf Stock for Repair and Replacement Parts; Continuity of Operations Support; Configuration Management; Contract Program Management . The services will occur at NCEI's facilities located in Asheville, NC; Stennis, MS; Silver Spring, MD; College Park, MD; and Boulder, CO. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform these IT Services at these various locations as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
